Our services are custom-developed solutions tailored to your specific requirements. Refund eligibility depends on the project stage and circumstances:
- Before Project Commencement: If you cancel before we begin development work, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any administrative fees (typically 10% of the project value).
- During Development Phase: Refunds are calculated based on work completed. You will be charged for all completed milestones and deliverables, with remaining funds refunded.
- After Project Completion: Once a project is completed and delivered, refunds are generally not available unless there is a breach of contract on our part.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a project, you must provide written notice to info@growthwaysolutions.co.ke. Cancellation requests are processed within 5-7 business days.
If cancellation occurs due to circumstances beyond your control (such as business closure or force majeure), we will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include partial refunds or project suspension.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Completed work and delivered milestones
- Third-party services and licenses purchased on your behalf
- Consultation and planning fees
- Ongoing maintenance and support services already rendered
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
For bank transfers, refunds may take additional time. We will notify you once the refund has been processed.
